Janardan Nirman Private Limited (JNPL) is a foundation engineering company specializing in the design and construction of foundations for all types of buildings and structures, in all kinds of ground conditions.
We take pride in having served a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors: central and local governments, industrial, general building and civil engineering contractors, property developers, project promoters, etc. Foundation designs are individually engineered to satisfy project and customer needs and always with an eye on value engineering.
In addition to our talented staff, we also have an extensive fleet of specialized state-of-the-art equipment including MAIT hydraulic pile driving rigs, numerous DMC rigs, conventional and hydraulic cranes, vibratory drivers/extractors, hammers of every size, sand filters, a large fleet of excavators and loaders and other ancillary equipment. This capacity allows us to meet a vast range of foundation problems with solutions tailored to each project’s unique combination of loads and soil conditions.
